Winning a Diamond Award at the 2017 Scottish Craft Butcher Awards for best Ready to Cook item – these bad boys are just delicious! Made from Buffalo Stroganoff Burger Meat, stuffed into onion casing and wrapped in streaky bacon!
Easy to cook, simply place in a roasting dish and oven bake for 40 minutes at 220°c (200°c Fan)/Gas Mark 7.
Serve with a BBQ sauce dip. Would go well with chips, salads, coleslaw or just a glass of beer.
