One of the best winter squashes for taste and storage. Crown Prince Squash is grey-blue skinned with orange flesh. The rich golden flesh is gorgeously sweet and has an excellent texture making it perfect for grilling, roasting, or sautéing. For ‘the ultimate’ chop into 4 cm squares drizzle with olive oil and slow roast for a couple of hours before incorporating into a risotto – truly wonderful.
