Michel Couvreur – Special Vatting Whisky (750ml)

Michel Couvreur is a Belgium-born negotiant who imports Scotch whiskies to his facilities in Burgundy, France, where they undergo a slow aging process in sherry casks. They are then brought to bottle strength with water from Loch Katrine, a fresh water lake further adding to the unique mouth feel. While this may be unusual to say the least, the results are simply excellent.
