Fattoria Santa Vittoria – Vin Santo 2011 (375ml)

Fattoria Santa Vittoria produces this traditional sweet wine of Tuscany following ancient processes from two classic varieties: Trebbiano and Malvasia. The grapes are naturally dried for 4 months, and aged for 4 years in old small barrels (caratelli)

The wine has amber honey in color. Warm, intense and persistent aromas of dry figs and almonds; On the palate the wine is velvety and persistent reminiscent of candy fruits.
