It’s a non-Classico classic, pleasingly savory and assertive, with spicy scents of Chinese black tea and plum, the fruit and the spice setting up a nice weave and tension. The flavors feel focused and concentrated, black and red plum fruit grounded by a rustic, ferrous, volcanic feel to the tannins, firm and lasting.
