Domaine Bersan – Saint-Bris 2016 (750ml)

Very aromatic (grapefruit and flowers) with medium-body, citrus and mineral notes on the palate, and a crisp, mouthwatering finish. Round and complex, with ripe lemon and lime fruit that marries perfectly with the high acidity and mineral element. We seriously love this wine and it comes Highly Recommended. Enjoy as an aperitif or w/ shellfish, light fish, cold salads and goat cheese!
