Clear Creek – Kirschwasser (Cherry) Brandy (375ml)

Kirschwasser is a colorless brandy made from the double-distillation of cherries.

Fresh Oregon and Washington sweet cherries are crushed, fermented, and distilled into colorless, bone-dry Kirschwasser in the traditional German fashion. This Kirsch rivals those of Germany and Switzerland.  The subtle cherry flavors and intriguing vanilla and almond aromas come only from the cherries and their pits (“stones”), as does the alcohol.  It is a powerful kirsch masterfully crafted with some of the best cherries the Pacific Northwest has to offer.
