Carpano Dry, comes from the centuries-old vermouth company (the same behind bartenders’ beloved Carpano Antica). This herbaceous and spice-forward formula calls on both wormwood and a native herb of Crete for balanced bitterness, while a dose of citrus helps lighten things up on the finish. Try it in a classic Martini, or in the vermouth-centric Chrysanthemum cocktail, or simply on its own over ice with a twist.
