Baron Herzog – Cabernet Sauvignon Napa Valley Special Reserve 2015 (750ml)

Made with grapes left for an extended time on the vine, Herzog has produced a fine wine showing rich notes of plum and blackberry, a warm, jam-filled nose, and a tannic yet soft mouth-feel. Aging for 18 months in small French oak barrels imparts a vanilla-toasty finish. Pair with grilled lamb, roasted duck, and rich stews.
